Idag meddelar Northwave Gaming att dom tar in nytt CS 1.6 lag och en ny chef vid namnet Jim Ohlsson.Han kommer att bistå den nuvarande ledningen i vad som behöver göras.

Det nya Counter-Strike Laget består av ett gäng erfarna spelare från olika spel scener, redo att ge konkurrens bland CS lagen. Bland annat ser vi den före detta CoD4 spelaren rivve som spelade för fnatic.CoD4 men lämnade laget och blev ersatt av zEnith. Laget kommer att spela vid det kommande Dreamhack Summer .

Statement by Martin “Tjet” Bergman, head manager nwave

“I am both happy and proud to announce such a fine team to our organisation. It’s been quite a while since the last time we had a team on the CS scene, and it’s about time we get back in.

This team, with player originated from such teams as fnatic.COD4 and excello.CSS/H2k.CSS, are sure to make an impact in CS, although some of them have been focusing on other games in the past their competetive drive should prove that they can reach the top level in Counter-Strike aswell. It’s going to be great fun to follow their progress in the upcoming months.”

“We are pleased to be part of the Northwave organisation. Since we started this lineup we were determend to attend as many lans as possible. With a great management behind us, we really hope that this will come true.
